Liquor Shop Sumura is a wine merchant in Ube, Yamaguchi, Japan. Burgundy is our backbone, alongside Bordeaux, the Rhône, the Jura, the Loire and Alsace, as well as growers in Italy, the United States and Australia — all sourced through official channels.
