BOURGOGNE PASSETOUTGRAIN A blend of 1/3 Pinot Noir and 2/3 Gamay. The vines, planted in 1974 in clay soils, are located in the "Les Farges" parcel, which borders the village-level appellation of Chassagne-Montrachet. Following alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at the cellars of their relatives, Fontaine-Gagnard, the wine is aged exclusively in seasoned oak barrels in the cellars of Gagnard-Delagrange. While it differs in vineyard location and varietal proportions, this wine offers a deeper color than the Passetoutgrain from Fontaine-Gagnard, delivering charming yet robust fruit, vibrant acidity, and a distinct touch of salinity for a highly satisfying finish.
