BOURGOGNE BLANC ブルゴーニュ ブラン シャルドネ種100%。当主のフランソワーズ アルペランジュ女史の従兄弟がマコンでワイン造りをしており、そのドメーヌが所有している石灰質土壌の畑に植えられている樹齢30年のシャルドネを収穫から携わって醸造しました。ステンレスタンクでアルコール醗酵後に旧樽のみで8ヵ月熟成。柔らかな酸味と豊かな果実味、ペルナン ヴェルジュレスよりも軽めですが甘味があるので飲みやすい仕上がりになっています。 株式会社フィネス資料
