ALOXE-CORTON 100% Pinot Noir. Sourced from two parcels: "Les Morais," situated on the eastern side of the Corton hill, and "La Combe," located on the southern side adjacent to the Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne. The vines average 70 years of age and grow in deep, iron-rich clay soils. Following a 15-day fermentation in concrete tanks, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months with approximately 20% new oak. Its color is deeper than that of Pernand-Vergelesses, accompanied by aromas of citrus fruits and mint. It features a soft acidity, an oily texture, and remarkable concentration, with a tannic finish in its youth. It was awarded a bronze medal at Féminalise, a competition judged exclusively by women.
