This cuvée was first bottled in 2009, born from an experimental planting of white grape varieties during a replanting of red vines. While the exact blend varies by vintage, it typically consists of 50–55% Grenache Blanc, 20–50% Roussanne, 2% Viognier, and 0–25% Clairette. White wines are exceptionally rare in the Vacqueyras appellation, where red wine accounts for 97% of total production. Vinification and aging take place in 600-liter oak casks (demi-muids). Malolactic fermentation is allowed to occur naturally, meaning it does not take place in certain vintages (such as 2012 and 2014). It offers enticing aromas of tropical fruits that suggest sweetness on the nose, yet the palate is beautifully balanced by a firm, crisp acidity, leading to a clean, refreshing, and highly approachable finish.
