CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE ROUGE 75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, 5% Cinsault. Out of 16 hectares, approximately 10 are situated on soils densely strewn with the red, oxidized stones characteristic of this appellation, while the remaining plots consist of clay-limestone and sandy soils. Vinified separately across four distinct cuvées—including a pure Grenache and blends of Grenache with other varieties—it achieves a masterful balance of Grenache's power and depth, Syrah's delicate acidity, and Mourvèdre's warming alcohol.
