BOURGOGNE PINOT BLANC 100% Pinot Blanc. Made from mass-selected cuttings taken from the vines of the aforementioned "Périères," these vines are approximately 30 years of age. The vineyard is situated at an elevation of 370 meters near the top of the hill close to Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, featuring deep clay-limestone soils mixed with small stones. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for about 6 months, utilizing new oak barrels from the previous year's aging of the aforementioned "Périères" (now used as one-year-old barrels). It presents a powerful and tightly wound tactile sensation, yet delivers an aromatic profile with a lingering umami finish, offering a direct and approachable character. Imported by Finesse
