AUXEY-DURESSES オーセイ デュレス ピノ ノワール種100%。粘土石灰質土壌の「Creux de Tillet（クリュー ド ティエ）」の区画に0.15haを所有。1960年～1975年に植えられた古木でカシスやサクランボのような赤い果実のアロマ、口当たりは柔らかく赤黒い果実の豊かな果実味が感じられ、スパイシーな酸味と成熟したタンニンのバランスも良いですが、やや固さが残るので少し熟成させたいワインです。
