100% Aligoté. The domaine owns about 0.5 ha of clay-limestone in “Sous le Châtelet” in the village of Auxey-Duresses, adjoining vineyards belonging to Lalou Bize-Leroy. From old vines planted in 1937–38, this is the standard style of Aligoté, pressed and vinified immediately after harvest. A mellow lactic aroma, with the acidity and minerality proper to Aligoté, yet oily and soft on the palate — very easy to drink. Imported by Finesse Co., Ltd.
