BOURGOGNE ALIGOTÉ SOUS-CHÂTELET ブルゴーニュ アリゴテ スー シャトレ アリゴテ種100%。オーセイ デュレス村にある「Sous le Châtelet（スー ル シャトレ）」の区画に約0.5haの粘土石灰質土壌の畑を所有しており、ラルー ビーズ ルロワ氏が所有する畑に隣接しています。1937～1938年に植えられた古木で収穫後にすぐ圧搾して醸造しているノーマルタイプのアリゴテでまろやかな乳酸の香り、アリゴテらしい酸味とミネラル感がありつつもオイリーで柔らかい口当たりの飲みやすい味わいとなっています。
