BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY From a roughly 0.1-hectare parcel of clay-limestone soil known as "Les Combes," situated in the village of Vosne-Romanée, where the vines were planted in 1982. Vinification is carried out exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
