GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN <VIEILLES VIGNES> ジュヴレ シャンベルタン ＜ヴィエーユ ヴィーニュ＞ ピノ ノワール種100%。「Sylvie（シルヴィ）」、「Les Plattières（レ プラティエール）」、「Les Murots（レ ムロ）」の3区画に畑が点在しています。植樹は1985～1986年で面積は約0.48ha、緩やかな斜面で石がまばらに散らばる粘土石灰質土壌ですべて所有畑になります。唯一「Vieilles Vignes」ではないワインでイチゴのようなフレッシュな香り、ピノ ノワールらしいきれいな酸味と力強いタンニン、余韻が非常に長いパワフルな味わいのワインです。 株式会社フィネス資料
