VOSNE-ROMANÉE <VIEILLES VIGNES> 100% Pinot Noir. Covering approximately 1 hectare, this wine is crafted from grapes across three parcels: Le Pré de la Folie (0.21 ha), a gently sloping site adjacent to Route Nationale 74; Les Beaux-Monts Hauts Rougeots (0.64 ha), a stony, southeast-facing plot situated high on the slope; and Les Rouges du Dessus (0.15 ha), a steep, gravelly, east-facing parcel also near the top of the hill. Planted in 1966 and between 1982 and 1986, roughly half of these vines are owned by the estate while the remainder are farmed under a *fermage* arrangement. It presents spicy aromas reminiscent of wild strawberries, abundant acidity and minerality, a rounded texture on the palate, and a firm, persistent tannic finish. 株式会社フィネス資料
