VOSNE-ROMANÉE <VIEILLES VIGNES> ヴォーヌ ロマネ ＜ヴィエーユ ヴィーニュ＞ ピノ ノワール種100%。畑の広さは約1ｈａで国道74号線に隣接する緩やかな斜面の「Le Pré de la Folie（ル プレ ド ラ フォリエ）：0.21ha」、丘の上部に位置し、南東向きで石が多い「Les Beaux-Monts Hauts Rougeots（レ ボー モン オー ルージョ）：0.64ha」、同じく丘の上部に位置し、東向きの急斜面で小砂利の多い「Les Rouges du Dessus（レ ルージュ デュ ドゥシュ）：0.15ha」の3つの区画の葡萄を使用しています。植樹は1966年、1982～1986年で約半分が所有畑、残りはフェルマージュになります。野イチゴのようなスパイシーな香り、酸味とミネラルが豊かで丸みのある舌触り、アフターにしっかりとしたタンニンが長く残ります。 株式会社フィネス資料
