PERNAND-VERGELESSES BLANC 100% Chardonnay. The estate's vineyards are located across two parcels: 'Les Pins,' a steep, sun-drenched, southeast-facing slope, and 'Es Lerret et Vignes Blanches,' which also faces southeast but sits at a slightly lower elevation. The vines are exceptionally old, reaching up to 65 years of age, yielding highly concentrated fruit. It offers aromas of green apple and mint, complemented by a delicate yet firm, savory sweetness, clean acidity, and a distinct minerality that lingers beautifully on the finish. While delightful as an aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with pan-seared scallops, grilled fish, white meats, or chicken in a cream sauce. (From the archives of Finesse Co., Ltd.)
