MEURSAULT BLANC 100% Chardonnay. Located near the Premier Cru vineyards, this wine is crafted by blending grapes from five to six parcels, primarily the stony "Le Tesson" and the clay-rich "Les Petits Charrons." The oldest vines were planted in 1975. Fermented in oak barrels with 20% new oak and aged for 12 months. It boasts a rich and expressive profile featuring fresh fruit harmonizing with subtle oak, complemented by aromas reminiscent of honeyed drops and lemon tart. The palate reveals a gentle acidity, abundant minerality, and an oily texture. This wine pairs wonderfully with cream-sauce fish, crustaceans, and white meats.
