BOURGOGNE ROUGE 100% Pinot Noir. Produced primarily for the domestic French market, it is unfortunately a rare sight in Japan. The fruit comes predominantly from the "Champs Francs" parcel in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, supplemented by grapes from a parcel situated at the foot of Clos de Vougeot. As with the Bourgogne Blanc, purchased grapes are also incorporated, making this a négociant bottling. While pale in color, it is an aromatic wine brimming with ripe raspberry notes and lush fruit flavors. 株式会社フィネス資料
