BOURGOGNE ALIGOTÉ 100% Aligoté. The vines are approximately 20 years old and located in a parcel known as "En Monpoulain," the same as the Passe-tout-grains. This cuvée is unique in that it is vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks without the use of oak. Abundant in stony minerality and refreshingly crisp, it offers a harmonious balance of fruit and acidity, resulting in a wine with the rich, aromatic profile characteristic of the Aligoté variety. The spring of 2022 was dry and warm, followed by a rainless summer with relentless, blistering heat. Naturally, the grapes matured rapidly, leading to the harvest beginning on August 23rd—the second earliest on record following 2020. However, despite the hot and dry conditions reminiscent of 2019 and 2020, the vintage avoided the typical drawbacks of such years and turned out brilliantly. With yields remaining normal and both red and white grapes exhibiting flawless quality, this has been an exceptionally rare vintage of a kind rarely experienced in the past. The Aligoté shatters previous perceptions of the varietal, displaying a remarkably balanced palate with soft acidity and abundant sweet fruit flavors. Unlike in the past, harvesting is intentionally delayed; skilled workers hand-select the fully ripened, sugar-rich Aligoté berries one week after the harvest in all other parcels has concluded. 株式会社フィネス資料
