GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN LES EVOCELLES 100% Pinot Noir. Although this is a magnificent terroir located in the village of Brochon right next to Gevrey-Chambertin, it is unfortunately not classified as a premier cru. Covering about 0.24 hectares with a stoney, clay-limestone soil, its relatively high altitude and cool climate mean it is consistently the last plot to be harvested. Planted with old vines aged 50 to 60 years, the wine delivers a powerful palate rich in tannins, balanced by a linear acidity and an intense, mineral-driven character. 株式会社フィネス資料
