GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN LES EVOCELLES ジュヴレ シャンベルタン レ ゼヴォセル ピノ ノワール種100%。畑はジュヴレシャンベルタン村と隣接するブロション（Brochon）村に位置するので素晴らしい区画でも残念ながら1級には認定されません。広さは約0.24ha、石がたくさん散らばる粘土石灰質で、比較的標高が高く冷涼な気候なので収穫は常に1番最後になります。樹齢は50～60年の古木でタンニン豊かなパワフルな味わいの中に真っ直ぐな酸があり、とてもミネラル分の多いワインです。 株式会社フィネス資料
