GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN ジュヴレ シャンベルタン ピノ ノワール種100%。葡萄の平均樹齢は約60年でブロション村の「Les Champs Perriers（レ シャン ペリエ）」、ジュヴレ シャンベルタン村の「Champerrier du Bas（シャンペリエ デュ バ）」、「Les Epointures（レ ゼポワンチュール）」など複数区画に合計約2.3haの畑を所有。そこで採れた葡萄を3つのキュヴェに分けて醸造し、最終的にアサンブラージュして作られます。輝きのある色調でタンニンが柔らかく、エレガントで透明感のあるワインです。 株式会社フィネス資料
