SAVIGNY-LÈS-BEAUNE BLANC 100% Chardonnay. The grapes are sourced from two parcels, "Les Ratausses" and "Les Planchots de Nord," planted predominantly in 1999 on south-facing, clay-limestone soils. Vinified in oak barrels with 25% new oak and aged for 10 months, this wine offers ripe fruit aromas reminiscent of apricots, a rich and slightly oily texture, and a solid finish. Because approximately 90% of Savigny-lès-Beaune production is red, white wine from this appellation is a rare find. Doc. Finesse
