SAVIGNY-LÈS-BEAUNE BLANC サヴィニー レ ボーヌ ブラン シャルドネ種100%。畑は「Les Ratausses（レ ラトス）」と「Les Planchots de Nord（レ プランショ ド ノール）」の2区画にあり、1999年に植樹された葡萄が中心で南向きの粘土石灰質土壌になります。新樽25%の樫樽で醸造、10ヵ月間熟成されるこのワインは杏子のような熟した果実の香り、肉厚で少しオイリーさもあるアフターのしっかりとしたワインです。サヴィニー レ ボーヌは生産量の約90%は赤ワインなので白ワインはあまりお目にかかれません。 株式会社フィネス資料
