BEAUNE LONGBOIS ボーヌ ロンボワ ピノ ノワール種100%。粘土石灰質土壌の「Longbois（ロンボワ）」の区画に植えられている1968年植樹の葡萄が中心。ステンレスタンクで約3週間醗酵させ、新樽20～30%の樫樽で12ヵ月間熟成させた後、ステンレスタンクで6ヵ月間寝かせます。フレッシュなハーブ香やミネラルを感じさせる石の香りも感じられ、甘い果実味としっかりとしたタンニンがあるエネルギッシュな味わいです。 株式会社フィネス資料
