BEAUNE LONGBOIS 100% Pinot Noir. This cuvée is primarily sourced from vines planted in 1968 in the clay-limestone soils of the 'Longbois' parcel. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately three weeks, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (20–30% new), followed by an additional six months of resting in stainless steel. It reveals fresh herbal notes alongside a stony, mineral character, delivering an energetic palate defined by sweet fruit flavors and firm, structured tannins.
