SAVIGNY-LÈS-BEAUNE VIEILLES VIGNES 100% Pinot Noir. Sourced from three parcels with clay-limestone soils: 'Les Petits Picotins,' 'Les Planchots de Nord,' and 'Les Ratausses.' The wine is crafted from old vines planted between the late 1960s and early 1970s. Following a three-week fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (20–30% new) and then rested for an additional six months. It offers aromas of ripe red fruits, presenting a more delicate and elegant profile than the Beaune cuvée. (From the archives of Finesse Co., Ltd.)
