SAVIGNY-LÈS-BEAUNE VIEILLES VIGNES サヴィニー レ ボーヌ ヴィエーユ ヴィーニュ ピノ ノワール種100%。畑は「Les Petits Picotins（レ プティ ピコタン）」、「Les Planchots de Nord（レ プランショ ド ノール）」、「Les Ratausses（レ ラトス）」の3区画。粘土石灰質土壌で1960年代後半～1970年代前半に植えられた古木の葡萄で造られています。ステンレスタンクで約3週間醗酵させ、新樽20～30%の樫樽で12ヵ月間熟成させた後、6ヵ月間寝かせます。熟した赤い果実の香り、ボーヌよりも繊細でエレガントな味わいに仕上がっています。 株式会社フィネス資料
