BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY SOUS LA VELLE ブルゴーニュ シャルドネ スー ラ ヴェル シャルドネ種100%。畑はムルソー ヴィラージュに隣接する「Sous La Velle（スー ラ ヴェル）」の区画にあり、1973年に植樹された葡萄を使用しています。旧樽で醸造、10ヵ月間熟成されているので樽香は控えめできれいな酸味と柔らかい口当たり、バランスが素晴らしく飲みやすい味わいに仕上がっています。隣接するムルソー スー ラ ヴェルにも畑を所有しているのでヴィンテージによっては格下げしてこのキュヴェに混ぜています。 株式会社フィネス資料
