100% Sauvignon Blanc. Made only in the finest vintages, from the “Le Désert” vineyard on Kimmeridgian marl thick with fossils of oysters, sea urchins and ammonites. Citrus aromas with floral nuances; rich fruit, vivid acidity, saline minerality and a gentle bitterness on the finish.
