PERNAND-VERGELESSES BLANC ペルナン ヴェルジュレス ブラン シャルドネ種100%。所有畑は南東向きの急斜面で日当たりがとても良い「Les Pins（レ パン）」という区画と同じく南東向きの斜面ですが標高がやや低い「Es Lerret et Vignes Blanches（エ レレ エ ヴィーニュ ブランシュ）」の2区画にあります。葡萄の木は樹齢65年にもなる古木でとても凝縮した葡萄が出来ます。青りんごやミントのアロマ、繊細ながらしっかりとした甘旨味ときれいな酸味、ミネラルがあり、余韻も長く楽しめます。アペリティフとしても楽しむことができますし、ホタテのポワレ（フライパンでの蒸し焼き）、魚のグリル、白身の肉、鶏肉のクリームソースなどと良く合います。 株式会社フィネス資料
