ペルナン ヴェルジュレスで1765年からワイン造りを続けているドメーヌ。果実の風味と酸を大切にした優しくも長熟するワイン造りが特徴です。 秀逸な白ワインで高名なドメーヌですが、赤も優れたものを造っています。「イル デ ヴェルジュレス」はペルナンとサヴィニーの「ヴェルジュレス」の畑に挟まれた傾斜地に位置する畑で、石灰質土壌と鉄分を含んだ土壌から構成されています。 熟れたプルーンにスパイス、土のニュアンス。エレガントな酸と骨格があり、食事と楽しみたいワイン。時と共に深みがまし、長期熟成に向くポテンシャルを秘めた1本です。 輸入元はファインズ。
