BOURGOGNE PASSETOUTGRAIN In the "Les Saugeots" parcel located east of the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, 45-year-old Pinot Noir and Gamay vines are co-planted. The blend consists of an equal 50% split, harvested and vinified together from the start. While the vinification process is essentially the same as for the other red wines, it is aged exclusively in seasoned oak barrels (no new oak) to preserve its vibrant, fresh fruit character. It features a pale hue, charming fruit flavors, refreshing acidity, and a light, beautifully balanced, easy-drinking profile. Much like their Bourgogne Rouge, this is an exceptionally high-quality expression of a Bourgogne Passetoutgrain. Source: Finesse Co., Ltd.
