BOURGOGNE PASSETOUTGRAIN ブルゴーニュ パストゥグラン シャサーニュ モンラッシェ村の東にある「Les Saugeots（レ ソージョ）」という区画に樹齢約45年のピノ ノワールとガメが一緒に植えられています。葡萄の比率は各50%ずつで最初から混ぜて醸造。醸造方法は基本的に他の赤ワインと同じですが、フレッシュな果実味を活かすために新樽は使わず旧樽のみで熟成させています。色調淡くチャーミングな果実味と酸味、軽やかでバランス良く飲みやすい味わい。ブルゴーニュ ルージュ同様、ブルゴーニュ パストゥグランとしては高いレベルの造りになっています。 株式会社フィネス資料
