100% Pinot Noir. Sourced from vines averaging 50 years of age across approximately 0.9 hectares of estate vineyards, where clay-limestone and marly soils intermingle. The parcels are located in 'Les Longbois' in the village of Volnay and 'La Platière' in Chassagne-Montrachet. While remarkably pale in color, it possesses wonderful fruit concentration and a solid structure, offering a delightful and surprising contrast to its delicate appearance.
