RIESLING BEBLENHEIM (AC ALSACE) 100% Riesling. The vineyard, covering approximately 1.5 hectares, is located in Beblenheim, just below the Grand Cru Sonnenglanz. The soil is low in clay and primarily sandy, formed from weathered sedimentary rock. This sandy soil retains heat exceptionally well, promoting rapid grape ripening; as a result, harvest here takes place 8 to 10 days earlier than in the Schoenenbourg parcel, which is just two kilometers away. The wine features the beautiful, characteristic acidity of the variety, perfectly balanced by fresh fruit flavors and a dry, refined finish. Source: Finesse Co., Ltd.
