Like the Bourgogne A Minima, a cuvée made without SO2 during vinification. The fruit was formerly sold to négociants; production of this wine began with the 2012 vintage. Seven varieties in all — Sylvaner, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscat and Chasselas — are vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness. Aromas of green apple, pear and fresh mango; succulent, fresh fruit with restrained sweetness in superb balance with bracing acidity — light and very easy to drink. (Source: Finesse Co., Ltd.)
