ECHEZEAUX GRAND CRU 100% Pinot Noir. The estate owns approximately 0.25 hectares in the parcel known as "Les Rouges du Bas," where vines around 50 years of age are planted in mid-Jurassic marl soils dating back some 170 million years. Unlike Grand Echezeaux, the vineyards are situated on the gentle slopes of the hill where the soil is shallower. Consequently, the palate is supple, revealing fresh red fruit aromas reminiscent of raspberries, accompanied by cool, forest-floor nuances that lend the wine a delicate profile. 株式会社フィネス資料
