BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR ブルゴーニュ ピノ ノワール ピノ ノワール種100%。畑はヴォルネー村の東に位置する「Les Petits Prés（レ プティ プレ）」と「Grandes Terres（グランド テール）」にあり、2区画で0.70ｈａの広さです。葡萄の樹齢は約35年でイチゴやサクランボのアロマ、新鮮な果実味と繊細な酸味がバランスよく、鉱物的なミネラルも感じられるまとまった仕上がりのワインです。早いうちから楽しめます。畑が雹の被害を受けやすく、所有する広さのわりには生産量がとても少ないワインです。 株式会社フィネス資料
