A single-vineyard wine made solely from fruit from “Bishop Creek”, the estate’s own vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA of the Willamette Valley, using two carefully selected parcels out of nine. The single-vineyard bottling sees a slightly higher proportion of new oak at 50%; concentrated fruit and grip are held in balance, the finish is long, and the wine has the potential to age.
