WILLAMETTE VALLEY PINOT NOIR L'ENSEMBLE Beginning with the 2018 vintage, the domaine's established Willamette Valley Pinot Noir has been given a new cuvée name: "L'Ensemble." Meaning "harmony" in French, this name was chosen to express the balance achieved between the natural vineyard environment and meticulous winemaking techniques. While the fundamental vinification methods remain unchanged, the proportion of single-vineyard fruit has increased, and yields have been further restricted to utilize grapes of even higher quality and refinement. Crafted by vinifying grapes from eight distinct Willamette Valley vineyards separately by parcel, the finest barrels are carefully selected. Countless trials of blending are then conducted to capture complexity, depth, and delicacy.
