NYSA PINOT NOIR ニーサ ピノ ノワール ウィラメット ヴァレーの「Dundee Hills（ダンディー ヒルズ）」というAVAにある「Nysa Vineyard（ニーサ ヴィンヤード）」の葡萄を使用。1988年に植えられた葡萄をメインに使用しており、醸造方法は上記ビショップ クリークと同じです。しっかりしたストラクチャーとタンニン、ミネラル豊かで繊細な味わい。余韻にハツラツとした旨味が残るのが特徴です。 株式会社フィネス資料
