L'HERMITAGE BLANC 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne. The blend is drawn from five distinct parcels: 'Péléat', where vines exceed 100 years of age in sandy-clay soils that impart delicacy; 'Rocoule', the foundational backbone of the wine, situated in limestone-rich soils that contribute acidity and alcohol; 'Hermite', found in small gravel, red clay, and white clay soils that lend body and an oily texture; 'Maison Blanche', planted in *lœss* (fine, dust-like soil) and iron-rich clay that furnish vibrant acidity; and 'Méal', set in pebble-strewn soils that bestow power and minerality. The wine exhibits a gorgeous, floral aroma reminiscent of acacia blossoms. While possessing a firm backbone of acidity, the texture on the palate is exceptionally soft, complemented by an oily richness and profound depth of flavor. 株式会社フィネス資料
