PULIGNY-MONTRACHET 1ER CRU LES PERRIÈRES ピュリニィ モンラッシェ プルミエ クリュ レ ペリエール シャルドネ種100%。畑の広さは約25aで樹齢約50年の木です。2006年物から造り始めており、新樽30%で15ヵ月熟成させています。若いうちは柑橘系果実のフレッシュなアロマが豊かでキレのある酸味とミネラルが特徴的ですが、少し熟成してくるとパイナップルのような南国系果実のニュアンスが出てきてオイリーな旨味が広がるようになります。株式会社フィネス資料
