BUISSON RENARD (VIN DE FRANCE) ビュイソン ルナール ソーヴィニヨン ブラン種100%。平均樹齢は約30年で粘土シレックス土壌の1.5haの1区画のみの葡萄が使われます。シレックスは粒が大きく地表にあるだけで地中は深い粘土質で肥沃な土壌なので凝縮感のある葡萄ができます。フルーティで香りも高く、肉厚でオイリーなワインです。繊細な「PUR SANG」とは正反対のキャラクターです。株式会社フィネス資料
