BUISSON RENARD (VIN DE FRANCE) Buisson Renard 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced exclusively from a 1.5-hectare parcel of clay-silex soil, with vines averaging around 30 years of age. The silex stones here are large and rest on the surface, beneath which lies a deep, fertile clay subsoil that produces exceptionally concentrated grapes. Highly aromatic and fruit-forward, this is a fleshy and oily wine—offering a character that stands in direct contrast to the delicate "Pur Sang." (Source: Finesse Co., Ltd.)
