GRAND ECHÉZEAUX GRAND CRU <VIEILLES VIGNES> グラン エシェゾー グラン クリュ ＜ヴィエーユ ヴィーニュ＞ ピノ ノワール種100%。グラン エシェゾーの区画のクロ ド ヴジョ城に一番近い三角形の部分がこのドメーヌの畑です。東向きの粘土質に小石が散らばる畑で、葡萄の木が植えられたのは1929年、面積は約0.34haです。約半分が所有畑で残りはフェルマージュになります。カシスやブラックベリー、コーヒーのような香りがあり、エレガントでバランスが取れているワインです。エシェゾーより繊細でビロードのような滑らかさがあり、余韻が長いのがこのワインの特徴です。 株式会社フィネス資料
