GRAND ECHÉZEAUX GRAND CRU <VIEILLES VIGNES> 100% Pinot Noir. The domaine's parcel of Grand Echézeaux occupies the triangular section situated closest to the Château du Clos de Vougeot. Facing east on clay soils interspersed with pebbles, the vines were planted in 1929 across an area of approximately 0.34 hectares. Roughly half of the holdings are owned outright, while the rest are farmed under a *fermage* agreement. Offering aromas reminiscent of cassis, blackberries, and coffee, this is an elegant and exceptionally balanced wine. It is characterized by greater delicacy and a velvety smoothness compared to the standard Echézeaux, paired with a remarkably persistent finish. 株式会社フィネス資料
