BOURGOGNE HAUTES-CÔTES DE NUITS CLOS SAINT-PHILIBERT (MONOPOLE) ブルゴーニュ オート コート ド ニュイ クロ サン フィリベール （単独所有畑） シャルドネ種95%、ピノ ブラン種5%。「Echézeaux」の区画から西に約300m、標高380mの位置に畑があり、広さは約3.5haで東から南東向きの小石が転がる痩せた土地にあります。ほとんどの葡萄の木は1990年代に植えられたもので、根が地中深くまで伸びていて色々な要素を吸収しています。醗酵、熟成共に樽で行われ、新鮮な果実味の中にリッチさを与えています。マロンフレーバーが心地良く、このワインの軸となるキレのある酸味と果実味もしっかりあって余韻の長いワインです。株式会社フィネス資料
