CHASSAGNE-MONTRACHET ROUGE 100% Pinot Noir. The estate's holdings cover approximately 1.3 hectares, utilizing grapes from 5 to 6 parcels including "Les Battaudes" and "Les Benoites" which impart tannin and structure, alongside "Les Voillenots Dessus" and "Les Mouchottes" which contribute fruitiness. The oldest vines were planted in 1938 on marly-limestone soils. Each parcel is vinified separately according to its profile and finally blended to create the finished wine. It presents a vibrant ruby hue, expressive aromatics, soft acidity, and silky tannins, offering a well-balanced and approachable palate. Source: FINESSE INC.
