BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY 100% Chardonnay. The vines are situated in the same "Les Petits Près" parcel as the Bourgogne Pinot Noir, covering an area of approximately 0.3 hectares. The vines are roughly 30 years old. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, with no new oak used.
