VOLNAY 1ER CRU CLOS DES ANGLES 100% Pinot Noir. True to its name—"Angle" meaning corner—this approximately 0.5-hectare parcel is situated on the triangular corner of a T-junction facing the Route des Grands Crus, featuring almost no slope. The 2008 vintage marked the first time it was bottled as a single-vineyard wine; previously, it was vinified and blended with other parcels as Volnay Premier Cru.
