ECHÉZEAUX GRAND CRU <VIEILLES VIGNES> 100% Pinot Noir. The oldest vines were planted in 1902 and are now over 110 years old. Covering approximately 0.34 hectares with a southeast exposure, the wine is crafted from a blend of three parcels: 'En Orveaux' (0.17 ha), characterized by larger scattered stones; 'Les Treux' (0.06 ha), with a high concentration of pebbles; and 'Les Champs Traversins' (0.1 ha), featuring fewer stones and a higher proportion of old vines. Roughly half of the holdings are owned outright, with the remainder farmed under a *fermage* arrangement. Offering aromas of red cherries and violets, this wine is luscious and rich in minerality.
