ECHÉZEAUX GRAND CRU <VIEILLES VIGNES> エシェゾー グラン クリュ ＜ヴィエーユ ヴィーニュ＞ ピノ ノワール種100%。最も古い葡萄の木は1902年に植えられ、現在では樹齢110年を越えています。面積は約0.34haで、南東向きで大きい石が散らばる「En Orveaux（アン オルヴォー）：0.17ｈａ」、小石が多い「Les Treux（レ トルー）：0.06ｈａ」、石が少なく古木が多い「Les Champs Traversins（レ シャン トラヴェルサン）：0.1ｈａ」の3区画の葡萄が使われます。こちらも約半分が所有畑で残りはフェルマージュになります。赤いサクランボやスミレの花のような香りがあり、オイリーでミネラル豊か。上記のグラン エシェゾーより集中していてパワフルなのがこのワインの特徴です。 株式会社フィネス資料
