BOURGOGNE EPINEUIL TRADITION 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes are sourced primarily from 30-year-old vines in the 'Froberts' parcel, which features marly, Kimmeridgian soils. This northwest-facing vineyard is exposed to cooling northern winds, which impart a lovely freshness to the grapes. Vinified in the same manner as their other red wines up to the alcoholic fermentation, this cuvée is made exclusively from free-run juice, completely excluding press wine. It is aged in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 12 months, filtered, and then bottled. In the glass, it shows a brilliant crimson and ruby hue, offering a delightful, sweet-and-sour bouquet of fresh red and black berries. The palate is wonderfully fruity, characterized by a lively acidity and a charming fruitiness reminiscent of biting into fresh red berries. Rich in soil-derived minerality, it is an incredibly approachable and easy-drinking wine. Imported by Finesse Co., Ltd.
