CHABLIS 1ER CRU VAU DE VEY シャブリ 1級 ヴォ ド ヴェイ シャルドネ種100%。収穫、圧搾後にステンレスタンクで24時間低温澱引き。粘土製タンクと旧樽各50%ずつで10日間醗酵、そのまま12ヵ月間熟成を行います。多孔性の粘土製タンクを使うことで空気との接触を増やし、樽香を付けずにアロマが豊かになります。その後、ステンレスタンクでアサンブラージュし、さらに6カ月間熟成させてから瓶詰。スイカズラの花やアーモンドのような香り、ミネラル感のある心地良い口当たり、アフターはリッチで余韻が長いです。 輸入元 株式会社フィネス
